Just like it happened last year, the TCR Europe final event has attracted half-a-dozen newcomers.Klim Gavrilov (VRC-Team, Audi RS 3 LMS), third classified in TCR Russia with three race wins, is a familiar face, having already joined TCR Europe twice, last year at Barcelona and this year at Spa.

The others are making their first appearance in the series.
Fifth in TCR Russia, Grigoriy Burlutskiy will drive for Carville Racing in a Volkswagen Golf GTI. Guilherme Salas, who boasts an impressive CV in the Brazilian Touring Car series, will sit in the Vuković Motorsport Renault Mégane RS.
A pair of teenagers are facing their international debut: the 17-year-old Albert Legutko from Poland, current leader in the Renault Clio Cup Central Europe, will drive a Honda Civic FK2 for its own team, while Comtoyou Racing will field a second Audi for the 19-year-old Moroccan Sami Taoufik who made an impressive maiden appearance in the TCR Germany finale at the Sachsenring.
The latest additions were the Hongkonger Paul Ip and the Australian Josh Burdon in a couple of Honda Civic FK7 cars entered by Brutal Fish Racing Team. KCMG’s team founder, Ip is an experienced driver having raced in the China Touring Car Championship, Asian Le Mans Series and Porsche Cup Japan.
Burdon has won titles in the Asian Formula Renault and V8 Championship before switching to sportscars and GT competitions. Ip and Burdon are codrivers (with Jim Ka To) in the Honda Civic run by KCMG in the Super Taikyu.
