Citroën will remain, as they have all season, on the maximum weight of 80kg while the Volvo, Lada and Chevrolet will remain on 0kg of compensation weight.Citroën will have achieved a special record in Qatar in their final race, now having carried the maximum possible compensation weight in every race in which they have competed since joining the championship in 2014. The C-Elysée WTCC has never run at anything less than 1,160kg, the previous maximum weight in 2014-15.
The 2016 season finale takes place on November 25th at the Losail International Circuit.
