The national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will become the official airline partner of the series, as well as the title partner of the inaugural Ad Diriyah E-Prix, which takes place on December 15.
The length of the agreement was not disclosed but Formula E said a “long-term partnership” has been signed.
The newly-named SAUDIA Ad Diriyah E-Prix will be the opening leg of the 2018-19 Formula E season. It will mark the debut of fully-electric racing in the Middle East.
