| Just two weeks after their last outing the Comsol VW Challenge brigade will be back on track at Phakisa Freeway outside Welkom on Saturday, 22 August for the sixth round of the 2015 championship.
 Things have closed up at the head of the overall championship after round 5 at Zwartkops. There Rory Atkinson (Comsol Polo) had a great day while championship leader Nic Clarke (Central Technical Services Polo) battled his way to a third place finish for the day. The 12-point gap between the two going into the last round has now been reduced to just 3 points. Behind the leading duo Zander Roos (Nathan’s Motorsport Polo) is in third place 14 points behind Atkinson with Gerhard Henning (Toyota Replacement Parts Polo) and Waldie Meintjes (LTR / Marty’s Body & Spray Polo) a further fifteen points back tied for fourth. With four rounds of the 2015 championship left to run Atkinson has opened up a 29-point lead over Meintjes who is 16 points ahead of defending champion James Hurley (The Starter Pack Company Polo) in third on the class A log. Iain Stevenson (Comsol Polo) equalled his best points haul of the season at Zwartkops and is now only four points behind Hurley. Devon Piazza-Musso (Tooling Promotions Polo) is just a point further back while Derrick Smalberger (Sabertek / Tyremart Beetle) is within striking distance if things go his way. Despite a character building outing at Zwartkops, Clarke still has a 32-point lead at the head of the class B log. Henning is 9 points ahead of Brad Hall (HellermannTyton Polo) with Darren Nathan (Sextrader Polo) another nine points back in fourth. The Stewart brothers in their GrandMark International Polos round out the top six in class B, Daine ahead of Mile by just 3 points. Defending class C champion Jacques Smith (ELB Polo) will be making his class B debut at Phakisa and he could upset the established order. In class C Zander Roos (Nathan’s Motorsport Polo) has a comfortable lead in the class C championship but the battle for the runners up spot is far from settled. Shaun Crous (X35 Energy Polo) is just a point ahead of Francois van Zyl (Jesus Saves Golf) and Simon Levin (Auto ECU Golf) with Stuart Mack (Goldwagen JHB CBD & Wynberg Golf) just 5 points behind them. Henry van Vledder (Golf) is next up completes the top six. Practice sessions will take place as usual on Friday with the qualifying session scheduled for 07h45. The first of the two 8-lap races should get underway at 10h15 while the second race is on the program at 13h35. Overall Points
